Injury to Insight
A climbing injury forced founder Ben into over a year of recovery. Hot and cold exposure became a daily practice, first for pain relief, then for something deeper, mental clarity. Ben began to see contrast therapy not just as a recovery practice , but as infrastructure for modern life.

The Spark
With a background in engineering and product innovation, Ben began building his own saunas and ice baths in London. To practice daily, it has to live at home. So he learnt how to build them properly, materials, airflow, insulation, performance. The idea began to take shape.
